Hi, my name is Carole Taylor. That's me in the photo at right, on a cruise a few months before my 66th birthday. That's right - I'm 65 years old in that picture! And just so you know, the photo has not been retouched, and I've not had any type of cosmetic surgery!

But eventually, this quest for optimal health and nutrition led me to become a Certified Metabolic Typing® Advisor and Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Advisor, both of which I accomplished in my 60's and 70's!
