I was recently asked to contribute to a new book entitled 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Health.

This book, published in September, gathers tips, advice, and information from over a hundred of today's leading experts in the field of health.

My co-writers for the book include leading health experts Dr. Joseph Mercola, Gary Craig, Dr. Julian Whitaker, Dr. Stephen Sinatra, Al Simon, Dr. Susan Lark, Dr. Marcus Laux and others.

Each expert contributed a chapter on one of nine important health topics:

I was asked to contribute a chapter to the book from my Young After 50 Longevity Plan. The publishers were especially interested in my customized approach to nutrition and exercise, and considered several chapters on both before eventually choosing to publish my approach to "Exercise Typing".

In addition, my Tai Chi teaching partner Al Simon contributed a chapter on "Passive Qigong" from our jointly developed Tai Chi and Qigong program.

Al and I were both thrilled to be asked by the publishers to contribute information from my Young After 50 Longevity Plan and from our ChiFusion Tai Chi and Qigong program to the book.
